Requirements:

• Education: higher specialized.
• Availability of CC3 certificate.
• Work experience of at least 5 years in high-rise housing construction.
• Language: Ukrainian, Russian fluency.
• Personal qualities: resistance to stress; high efficiency, focus on results.

Duties:

• Organization of the development of stage P of all construction projects in the enterprise;
• Coordination of all architectural solutions with the head;
• Ordering checks of calculations, certificates of companies, structures and hydraulics at the "P" stage;
• Obtaining initial data;
• Prompt selection of contractors-designers for optimization;
• Conducting systematic meetings, both at the facility and in the office;
• Conducting and removing comments on construction expertise;
• Obtaining building permits;
• Signing drawings for working documentation, sections and engineering networks.
